Le Bistro has separate lunch and dinner menus featuring enticing French entrees, with English translations included.  Signature dishes include Le Demi Canard Dvrousillant Sauce Framboises, a crispy roasted half duck served with a raspberry vinegar sauce: La Bouillabaisse, which is fresh fish, mussels, shrimp and scallops served with ratatouille and toast: and Le Supreme de Saumon au Miel et Fingembre, which feature a fillet of salmon in a ginger and honey crust with lime butter.

Le Bistro usually has two appetizer and five entrée specials at dinner as well as several served at lunch.  Owner and chef Laurent Reux knows French cooking - he is from the west coast of France and is well known for his tempting specials.
